    (Exclusive rights to the instrumental are owned by the buyer while the producer owns the instrumental and can NOT be sold to other customers. By contract, artists can sell unlimited copies of each song that uses an exclusive instrumental. Instrumentals marked as "As-Is" can not be further changed or amended and individual stems are not available.)
